Director Biography – Jack E.K. Collier
A kooky guy with looking to make bizarre, exciting, and frightening works of art. Jack graduated from Central Washington University with a BA in film, with specializations in Production and Screenwriting. He now works freelance as well as attempting to create independent works to feed his creative flames.
The concept behind “There Is No Off” was originally going to be incorporated in a narrative story, but I found the ideas too abstract to be adequately conveyed. After hearing about a poetry video contest, I switched structures. I really wanted to invoke the feeling of browsing t.v. or the internet at 3 a.m. in a dark room.
