Alex Vicari is an interdisciplinary artist living in Portland, Oregon. She is currently exploring her work through film, animation, and soft sculpture. Presently she is investigating the connection between social, personal spaces, and the mapping of each in our lives. Through constructed intimate and social themes like territories, boundaries, linearity, ownership, and progression. Her work often marries humor with haunting and liminal tropes that seek to broaden the beliefs of our social and personal lives.
