Daniel Lane Baker is a film and television director based in Memphis, TN. Trained and mentored by Academy Award-nominated and Tony Award-winning screenwriter Mark Medoff, and RECTIFY screenwriter Scott Teems, he was awarded a 2016 Indie Memphis IndieGrant for his screenplay DYSPHORIA. His short films have won numerous festival awards, and his work on the 2012-2015 Tony Awards netted a prestigious Art Director Guild Award for Excellence in Production Design in Television.
