Imagining Time expresses in filmic form the themes of isolation, introversion and passivity found in T. S. Eliot’s poem, The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock. A wordless visual adaption of the poem, it adopts a stylistic approach akin to magical realism and surrealism, to portray disruption in the everyday experience, at the same time tackling issues surrounding mental health and the notion of identity.
